I hereby grant Faris Alami use of my name, company name, web address and responses to the questions herein to be used, published, presented and copied in print and electronic forms of the development of his book on Entrepreneurship (Working Title: "My Gutsy Dream") and any print or electronic marketing or promotional materials for said publication and/or presentation when completed and published.
I have agreed to share personal and professional information in response to the questions herein. I understand that Faris Alami will retain any and all copyright or performance rights for the material, including partial or complete use of my responses to the questions herein, and irrevocably grant Faris Alami full rights of use of my responses for publication and copyrights, without any compensation to me.
I hereby release Faris Alami from any and all legal claims and understand that this release is irrevocable by me so that Faris Alami may proceed in full reliance thereon.
